Purpose of the Lead Carpenter Role
As a Lead Carpenter you are taking ownership of helping to restore homes for the communities of people we serve. You must provide excellent craftsmanship and outstanding communication to help us achieve our purpose of restoring lives.
We are looking for someone who
- Has 3-5 years of on-job experience in a verifiable construction role.
- Has 2-3 years of team leadership in a construction environment.
- Can function in a high stress environment that can change daily.
- Has excellent time management, delegation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Is self-motivated and can work independently and as a team.
- Can provide constructive feedback to team members and is open to receiving feedback to help them grow and learn.
