What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner position at OVP Health Care?
OVP Health Care is actively seeking qualified and experienced a Nurse Practitioner for the Ohio Region locations. This opportunity is for a FNP or a PMHNP with dual accreditation for medical with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for a primary care clinic. Must have a OH DEA. Position is 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Base salary, benefits, and 401K are available with the position.
Licensure/Certifications required:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in OH
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in OH
- Current OH DEA
- Current OH DATA 2000 Waiver
- National certification in applicable area
- Successful completion of OVP HEALTH credentialing process prior to practice
