Arcade Attendants are responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. They greet guests, answer questions, assist with equipment, and supervise the facility to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences on a daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests entering the arcade
- Process various payment types with point-of-sale systems
- Stock and maintain inventory control
- Ensure the safety of all guests and team members
- Inspect all areas and ensure they meet daily presentation and safety standards
- Ensure expedient and quality customer service
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 17 years old
- Weekend availability required
- Cash-handling experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Retail point-of-sale inventory systems preferred
- Able to work with a team and be proactive when working alone
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
