DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests entering the arcade
- Assist gaming managerial staff with redemption stocking, merchandising, inventory, and all other associated administrative tasks
- Lead by example
- Produce and interpret reports
- Assist in maintaining department supplies
- Deliver a high level of customer service while in the gaming areas, answering calls, and assisting guests
- Work cohesively with the Gaming Manager and Group Sales team to ensure event parties are scheduled and successful
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns for Arcade and eSports lounge
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Arcade, eSports gaming, or entertainment center experience a plus
- Knowledge of kiosk, card swipe, or redemption operation a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft programs
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
- Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
