You will be responsible for taking orders, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional guest service while exhibiting the OWA Parks & Resort mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe service
- Take orders, offer suggestions, and maintain excellent customer service
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) registers
- Follow all protocols for workplace sanitization and cleanliness
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand on your feet for several hours and capable of working in various weather conditions
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality that welcomes all guests
- Ability to work with a team to relay orders as needed
