What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, train, and develop Revenue Department Managers to ensure top performance
- Optimize Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of Retail, Group Sales, Starbucks, Towne Tap, OWA Theater, and Sports & Games
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance revenue and efficiency
- Ensure Excellence: Promote high service standards and a positive workplace culture
- Manage Budgets: Monitor labor, revenue, and expenses to align with financial goals
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve departmental objectives
- Stay Ahead: Continuously learn and adapt to new products, sales trends, and cost-analysis techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 years of experience in Sales Management
- 5 years of experience managing multi-unit/multi-outlet locations
- Proven experience leading teams of 25 employees in a high-volume setting
- Strong proficiency in POS systems, budgeting, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance
- A valid driver’s license is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing sales operations within a single-property environment
- A background in capital project management and operational improvements
