What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pickleball Team Member position at OWA Parks & Resort?
Reporting to the Sports and Games Managerial staff, the Pickleball Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor pickleball facilities
- Take reservations and schedule meets
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts
- Maintain inventory of concessions and retail items
- Deliver high level of customer service when working at the front desk, answering calls, and assisting guests
- Handle payment transactions and deposit receipts
- Register players
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer relations and front desk experience preferred
- Point-of-Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
- Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
