Blaze Equipment, an Owen Company, is looking to hire a highly motivated, independent, professional individual to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX as our Bilingual (Spanish) Equipment/Fabrication Service Advisor.
Blaze is an industry leader in the sales, service and rental of foundational drill rigs and related accessories serving North America from our location in Fort Worth, TX. Blaze is the official North America dealer for HPM, a market-leading manufacturer of foundation drill rigs. Our products are utilized in major construction projects for critical infrastructure including highway construction, bridge construction, electrical grid infrastructure and major industrial construction projects. We work with leading construction, utility, and oil field contractors across the United States to help build the next generation of critical infrastructure in the United States.

Salary: $15.00 - $23.00 an hour depending on experience.

Job Description:
The Bilingual Equipment/Fabrication Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer service interactions related to equipment and fabrication services, to include team time/data entry, with a focus on serving both English and Spanish speaking customers. This role involves coordinating service schedules, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate information regarding equipment and fabrication services in both English and [second language].
- Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to customers and service technicians, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the service process.
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying additional service opportunities and promoting relevant products and services to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed work.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards, meeting both company and customer expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a service advisor role, preferably in the equipment or fabrication industry preferred.
- Technical knowledge of equipment and fabrication processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
