We're currently seeking an experienced QA/QC Director to lead our quality assurance and control efforts across all active and upcoming projects.
Position Summary:
The Electrical QA/QC Director will oversee and enforce quality control standards and procedures throughout all phases of electrical construction. This senior leadership role will collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and clients to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company-wide QA/QC program for electrical new construction.
- Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to identify quality requirements and inspection criteria.
- Conduct regular jobsite audits to ensure installation compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts and corrective action plans for any identified quality issues.
- Train and mentor field and office personnel on QA/QC procedures and standards.
- Interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party testing agencies to manage inspections and resolve quality-related concerns.
- Maintain documentation of inspections, deficiencies, and resolution timelines.
- Drive initiatives to improve prefabrication quality and field installation consistency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of NEC, industry codes, and quality control procedures.
- Proven track record managing QA/QC programs on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Experience with project documentation platforms (e.g., Autodesk Build, Procore, etc.) preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
