Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical teams on industrial and manufacturing new construction projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices on the job site.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain project progress.
- Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman, specifically in new manufacturing construction projects.
- Education/Certification: Relevant electrical certifications or licenses required. Journeyman or Master Electrician credentials preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; knowledge of industrial electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
