Qualifications
- Litigation and arbitration experience
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in defending clients in negligence cases is a plus
