Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You will play a key role in helping individuals with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges achieve meaningful progress in their lives.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Current BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing ABA programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in data collection software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach).
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
