Make a difference as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
As a Full-Time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) at Owen Health Care Inc., you will play a crucial role in fostering positive behavioral changes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this dynamic position, you will work both independently and collaboratively with managerial staff, clients, and their families. Your responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) crafted by the BCBA, collecting and recording data on client progress, and providing direct one-on-one support across various settings such as homes and schools. You'll conduct skill-building sessions to reinforce adaptive behaviors and implement behavior reduction strategies as recommended. Additionally, you will collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in interventions while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

What you need to be successful
