As a Full Time LCSW at Owen Health Care, located in Vauxhall, NJ, you will oversee a comprehensive range of clinical programs, including DDD, DCF, and Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse services, ensuring the highest standards of care through group and individual counseling. You will provide essential direct supervision to clinical staff, guiding their professional growth while ensuring compliance with New Jersey DDD/CDS training requirements. This role involves conducting client chart audits and managing support coordinators, refining plans based on collaborative feedback. You'll play an integral part in the hiring process, facilitate in-service training sessions, and engage in community outreach activities to promote our services. By developing marketing strategies aligned with market analysis, you'll contribute to agency growth.

Requirements for this LCSW Role
To excel as the Full Time LCSW at Owen Health Care, a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is essential, along with LCSW licensure (LCADC preferred). You should bring 2-3 years of management experience in health care or behavioral health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in leadership. Proficiency in NJSAMS and other Electronic Health Records (EHR) is crucial, enabling you to conduct thorough documentation and client chart audits effectively.
Strong oral and written communication skills will enable you to convey important information clearly and facilitate training sessions for clinical staff. Exceptional organization and time management abilities are necessary to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Additionally, fostering excellent client relations and demonstrating effective people management skills will contribute to a cohesive team environment.
A flexible schedule, including occasional weekend work, is required to meet the needs of our clients and agency goals.
