Your day to day as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Full-Time/Part-Time Experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Owen Health Care Inc., you will play an integral role in the support and treatment of clients dealing with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Your responsibilities will include completing NJSAMS and EHR Intake documentation, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence and client history. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling to an assigned caseload, ensuring a holistic approach to care. Overseeing and mentoring LSWs and MSW interns, you will coordinate care and advocate for clients in crisis situations, enhancing their access to essential services. Your involvement in interdisciplinary case conferences, community outreach, and program growth initiatives will solidify Owen Health Care's commitment to excellence in client care.
Maintaining compliance with DMHAS standards and engaging in quality improvement activities will ensure the highest service delivery for our community.

To excel as a Full-Time/Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Owen Health Care, a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with LCSW certification preferred.
