What it's like to be a Licensed Clinician at Licensed Clinician

Owen Health Care is seeking passionate PT/FT licensed clinicians to join our dynamic team, providing impactful in-office or remote counseling to an assigned caseload. In this role, you will offer individual, group, and family counseling while completing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for each client. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records in compliance with DMHAS standards and ensuring quality case management through regular communication with clients, their support systems, and relevant social service agencies.

Participate in supervision sessions, case conferences, and interdisciplinary consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and community relations. Engage in community events and marketing initiatives to promote program growth, and actively take part in in-service training and quality improvement activities. Does this sound like you?

To thrive as an Other Licensed Clinician at Owen Health Care, candidates should possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, complemented by an LSW certification, which is strongly preferred. A professional demeanor and appearance are essential in fostering positive client relations and building trust. Successful clinicians will demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, NJSAMS, and EHR navigation, enabling effective documentation and data management. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational and time management abilities, are crucial for maintaining comprehensive client records and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will also exhibit autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility, and a cooperative spirit while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
