Your day as a Program Coordinator

As a Full-Time Program Coordinator at Owen Health Care, you will play a pivotal role in the direct coordination and supervision of all agency services, including funding development and contract negotiations. Your leadership will ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous performance improvement. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining qualified personnel, overseeing their development through comprehensive training and orientation. Your guidance will extend to management staff, setting clear performance expectations while monitoring their assignments for accountability.

Additionally, you will provide monthly evaluations of agency services and actively participate in community activities to promote health and wellness. With a focus on compliance with legal regulations and accreditation standards, you will also drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our commitment to compassionate care.
