- Take charge of the action—oversee shipping and receiving, coaching your team to nail safety, OSHA rules, and top-tier performance.
- Be the safety sentinel: enforce PPE, spot hazards, and escalate issues with grit, keeping your crew secure.
- Inspect shipments like a hawk, ensuring every load lands right and paperwork sings.
- Fuel productivity—arm your team with the tools they need to crush it, alerting the Plant Manager to any snags.
- Team up with Quality Assurance to polish processes and ship flawless products that wow customers.
- Sync sales and production for on-time deliveries that hit the mark, every time.
- Build a powerhouse squad—motivate, empower, and keep the vibe strong while tackling employee relations with finesse.

- A shipping maestro with 5 years in manufacturing and 5 years leading fast-paced teams.
- A sharp-eyed planner who reads drawings, juggles inventory, and keeps the shop humming.
- Self-driven and organized, with a knack for teaching while getting it done.
- LEAN-savvy and ready to streamline like a boss.
- High school grad (or equivalent)—you’ve got the basics and then some!
