Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Supervise front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate schedule management for team members, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Maintain office organization by implementing effective filing systems and inventory management practices.
- Manage calendars for executives and team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Provide leadership and support to office staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Trains, and supervises office personnel.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Posts all open items in accounts payable daily.
- Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Assists in monthly closings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in vendor management, supervising teams, and managing schedules is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
