BIM Manager (MEP)

A respected consulting client is seeking to hire a BIM Manager to take the control of their BIM files and BIM coordination responsibilities. This role will work very closely with all 3 MEP disciplines and the candidate should have MEP consulting experience.

Responsibilities -

• Manage and maintain one or more project BIM models, ensuring they meet project-specific requirements and standards
• Perform initial project setup, address BIM coordination challenges, and ensure models remain error-free
• Create detailed drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection disciplines
• Develop and manage associated project BIM support documents to uphold quality and performance standards

Qualifications -

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or architectural environment
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk REVIT MEP and AutoCAD MEP
• Proficiency in creating Revit content, setting up models for production & optimizing workflow
