The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing glazing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards in glass installation and related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining safety protocols. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading PM teams in interior and exterior scopes of work.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate glazing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Perform glass installation, including cutting, fitting, and securing glass panels.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment for fabrication and installation tasks.
- Conduct caulking and construction painting as needed to ensure a polished finish.
- Build and assemble fixtures according to project requirements.
- Estimate materials and labor costs for upcoming projects, providing accurate assessments for budgeting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are upheld on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
