Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion.

Our client are a General Contractor, who specialises in Commercial, Residential, Retail and Medical projects up to $100M across South Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review schematics and project plans.
• Utilize construction management software to track project progress, manage schedules, and communicate updates.
• Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines for each phase of construction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are met.
• Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project documentation and collaboration.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and any potential challenges.

Experience:

• Proven experience working for a General Contractor as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
• Experience using construction management software for tracking progress and documentation is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
