Office Assistants at the Admissions Department focus on providing customer service to prospective students and their families, and support the full-time staff members to complete projects on behalf of the College.
Assistants greet guests, manage interactions, and provide general office help. They might also assist or lead campus tours and support special events.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare materials for tours, orientations and special events.
- Greet prospective students and other guests, providing hospitality during their visits.
- Assist in conducting campus tours.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Deliver messages and run errands on campus.
