- Wellness trends
- Exercise equipment safety
- Customer ServiceEssential Functions :
- Coach members in support of their desired behavior change
- Regularly check on members' program in meeting personal and program goals
- Answer questions from members
- Build effective, authentic relationships with members
- Help members connect with each other and the YMCA
- Introduce new members to group exercise communities
- Utilize tools / information to increase member knowledge of wellness (ex. handouts, schedules)
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Be visible on the Wellness Floor at least 85% of each shift
- Follow YMCA policies and procedures
