Completes jobs related to maintenance work on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
- Perform assigned maintenance and repair tasks in a skillful and dependable manner, following safe work practices in the performance of all duties.
- Completes jobs related to maintenance work on a daily basis (i.e. work orders) as requested by supervisor
- Performs minor repairs and preventive maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems (replace parts, lubricate, etc.)
- Clean HVAC coils
- Performs minor carpentry work where needed.
- Perform seasonal duties (i.e. winter snow and ice management, summer grounds keeping and landscaping.
- Performs setups and furniture moves as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of basic maintenance processes that may include light carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Coil Cleaning and filter changes).

Minimum Education/Experience:
