Shift Type: 12 hour rotating shift.. (Shifts rotate every 28 days)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain downline equipment for fiberglass production
Conduct quality tests, including density, thermal, color, and ignition loss tests
Manage packaging processes:
Place bags on equipment for proper packaging
Ensure correct bag labeling and placement
Move packaged products from production floor to warehouse
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic math skills and computer proficiency
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
