Overview of Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, preventative and restorative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, etc.
- Utilize Open Dental and Dexis for patient management and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental hygienists on treatment diagnosis and periodontal philosophy.
- Collaborate with assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Follow all HIPAA protocols and procedures, to ensure safety and confidentiality of patient information and data.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Current Colorado dental license (or ability to obtain one by start date).
- Highly-skilled clinician with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to growth and excellence.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dentistry.
Compensation is a sliding scale of 33-36% of the dentist's collections.
