Position Summary:
Responsible for PANDAC daily ordering, tracking, receiving, de-casing and verification of product for Thomas Jefferson Hospital / Grand View Hospital and clinical staff, at multiple stocking locations.
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail in managing CPTs and maintaining clean work environment.
Familiarity with ordering via Workday or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Perform and assist with end of period counts for PANDAC suture and Endo mechanical items across multiple Jefferson’s facilities in the triangle area.
Demonstrate a “Life Takes Care” mentality when it comes to quickly and efficiently servicing our clinical staff and patients through our PANDAC program with goals to lead a more sustainable supply chain and cut spending costs from excess waste
Review daily and monthly reporting; including monitoring backorder items daily, tracking inventory levels and usage in each location, managing spend, and effectively communicating all to clinical staff and managers, Jefferson / GVH supply teams, and Owens & Minor PANDAC leadership
Requirements:
Associate degree, required. Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Minimum, two (2) years of work experience in healthcare surgical services and/or logistics materials management and/or project management, required.
Previous experience in LEAN or project/organizational management methodology, preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
