Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Outpatient Physical Therapy

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (Start between 07 : 30 - 08 : 00 AM, End between 04 : 00 - 05 : 00 PM)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Preferably 1-2 years

License : Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Job Description :

Work primarily in an outpatient setting, with potential to back up for inpatient therapy.

Perform evaluations, reassessments, and treatments for patients.

Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants for routine treatments.

Treat a minimal number of pediatric patients in the clinic.

Handle a wide range of basic physical therapy procedures.

Primarily manage orthopedic patients and some stroke patients focusing on mobility improvement.

Utilize EPIC charting experience for registered nurses.

Orient for 16 hours according to the organization's schedule.
