Job Summary
Provides assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and education services for patients treated on an outpatient basis. Job Responsibilities
- Provides outpatient individual and family counseling.
- Systematically and continually assesses the patient's physical and mental condition in collaboration with the patient / family.
- Identifies and refers patients to appropriate community resources as needed.
- Provides educational sources for individuals and client groups.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Psychology required upon hire ORMaster's degree or higher in Clinical Social Work required upon hire ORMaster's degree or higher in related field required upon hireA minimum of 2 years' relevant experience requiredPsychologist - Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Kentucky / upon hire required upon hire ORTherapist - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kentucky required upon hire ORCSW - Certified Social Worker in the State of Kentucky required upon hire ANDLCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Kentucky required within 36 months of employment in this position ORLPCA - Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Kentucky required upon hire ANDLPCC - Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kentucky required within 36 months of employment in this position ANDBLS - Certified as a Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider required within 90 days of employment in this position ORHeartsaver CPR AED required within 90 days of employment in this positionSkills and Attributes
