  • Process and track client deposits, withdrawals, contributions, and distributions, including maintaining the firm check log.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the firm’s CRM system.
  • Handle new client onboarding, including ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted and processed in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on firm policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest process improvements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with financial software (Tamarac and Schwab Advisor Center) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices (FINRA, SEC, etc.) is a plus, and confidentiality and privacy of client information is paramount.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay of $30 - $35/hour, with potential for a bonus.
