- Greeting visitors: Welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression
- Answering multi-line phone calls: Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department using a multi-line phone system
- Managing appointments: Managing reservations and appointments
- Handling inquiries: Answering questions and providing general assistance
- Managing mail: Sorting, sending, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining files: Keeping files organized and up to date
- Performing data entry: Entering data into systems
- Photocopying: Making copies of documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Provide general support to other departments as needed
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
