The Accounts Receivable/Payable Billing Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing vendor invoices and payments. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Payable Billing Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable/Payable Billing Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing vendor invoices and payments. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Review and reconcile accounts payable statements
- Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy
- Maintain organized and up to date financial records
- Generate financial reports and provide financial data and reports to management as needed
- Stay updated with accounting regulations and changes
Requirements and Skills
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable Coordinator or in a similar accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data entry and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
