The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.

Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work
- Oversee three-to-four-man crew
- Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers
- Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality
- Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
- Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw)
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned
- Other duties as assigned
- Petroleum industry experience preferred
- 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
