The Role
We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our Southeastern team. The Plumbing Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all project closeouts, scheduling inspections as needed, coordination of sub-contractors & managing schedules. MUST have previous experience with the plumbing and MEP trades. This is an in office position in Ft. Lauderdale.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in an MEP environment: Familiarity with the plumbing or at least the mechanical industry is required.
- Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to obtain pricing and quotes from vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Excel, Word, and PDF documents for creating proposals, invoices, warranties, and change orders.
- Communication Skills: Strong capability to effectively interact with field personnel.
- Logistics Management: Handling deliveries after they are accepted by our warehouse.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to report to FT LAUDERDALE office minimum 4 days a week.
