Position Summary
OWL Services has an immediate opening for a fulltime Construction Foreman. *Applicant must be in Southeast part of the United States, FL, GA, NC, SC*

Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work.
- Oversee crew members.
- Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers.
- Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality.
- Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
- Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw).
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman.
- EV experience is necessary.
- Experience with operating heavy equipment (Backhoe, Loader, Skid Steer, Walk behind concrete saw)
- Concrete experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel – territory includes Southeastern United States
- Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
- Possess basic computer skills including word, excel & email.
- Ability to support a fast-paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested.
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
- Compliant in wearing common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on site.
- Travel required 80%-100% of the time.
