Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Enter customer orders.
- Work closely with graphics, production, and salespeople.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
