The Role
OWL Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. This role is integral to the construction and maintenance of gas stations. The ideal candidate will have experience in both gas stations and EV charging stations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Fuel system experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in gas stations.
- Install and maintain electrical components during the construction phase of building gas stations from the ground up.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine wiring layouts.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to maintain optimal functionality.
- Work collaboratively with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as industry safety standards.
- Precisely lay out electrical jobs that meet NFPA code standards.
- Accurately estimate electrical work and manage hands-on electrical projects.
- See the project through from start to finish, including being present for any necessary repairs or maintenance after construction.
- Perform various mechanical and construction tasks as needed.
