Job Description: Clinical Product Manager - Patient Monitoring AI

Role Overview
We're a fast-growing healthcare AI startup seeking a Clinical Product Manager with deep expertise in patient monitoring solutions and healthcare business models. You'll lead the development of our AI-driven remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform. This role is critical in shaping our product strategy, driving adoption, and establishing key partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Business Development
- Define the product vision and go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered patient monitoring solution.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases that deliver clear ROI for hospitals, clinics, and home health agencies.
- Develop pricing models and ROI calculators to drive adoption among healthcare providers and payers.
2. Healthcare Workflow Integration
- Design seamless integrations with existing clinical workflows, EHRs, and care management platforms.
- Optimize the product to support value-based care initiatives and improve quality metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STAR ratings).
3. AI-Driven Clinical Insights
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive models for early intervention and risk stratification.
- Ensure AI outputs are clinically relevant and actionable for care teams.
4. Regulatory Navigation & Compliance
- Guide the product through necessary regulatory pathways (e.g., FDA clearance for Software as a Medical Device).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and emerging AI governance frameworks.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Build relationships with clinical leaders, health system executives, and potential integration partners.
- Present our solution at healthcare conferences and to investor groups.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years in healthcare product management, with focus on patient monitoring or chronic disease management solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare business models, reimbursement structures, and RPM billing codes.
- Experience bringing a healthcare product from concept to market, ideally in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of building relationships with clinical stakeholders and health system decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
Preferred
- MBA or Master's in Health Informatics.
- Clinical background (e.g., RN, NP) or experience working closely with clinical teams.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare, particularly in predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of FDA regulatory processes for digital health products.
