Project Manager (Foreman)

OwlEye Landscaping specializes in residential landscape construction. Projects commonly include retaining walls, patios, and plantings.

We are looking for a leader who is seeking a long term career that has a desire to work with our leadership team to achieve our company goals . We currently have 6 team members and are looking to hire for one additional role. Expected start is within the next 2 weeks.

Job Summary

You will report to our director of operations and will be responsible for leading the crew on site and performing the manual work necessary to complete projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include the following:

- Read and interpret plans

- Address customers questions and concerns

- Mitigate risk

- Operate heavy equipment

- Drive team efficiency

- Work within a crew of ~4 each day

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
