About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable and handy individual to maintain our Airbnb property located in Creek Ave., Aurora, IL. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain landscaping (mowing, weeding, etc.)
- Perform basic servicing and repairs of HVAC systems (replace air filters, troubleshoot minor issues)
- Conduct preventative pest control measures
- Clean and paint common areas (as needed)
