Job Purpose
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful graphics, logos, and artwork across diverse platforms. You'll lead complex design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines while meeting the strategic goals of our brands.
Responsibilities
- Creative Execution & Brand Management :
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for a wide range of marketing materials including social media posts, truck signage, custom cups, email marketing, web assets, monitor advertising, print materials, and trade show displays.
- Ensure all designs consistently reflect and reinforce brand guidelines across multiple brands (Kona Ice, Travelin’ Tom’s, and corporate initiatives).
- Update and refresh existing designs to align with current branding and messaging.
- Build creative concepts from the ground up, collaborating with the Creative Director to bring strategic visions to life.
- Project Leadership & Collaboration :
- Manage complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and video teams within the Kreative Department.
- Utilize project management software to effectively track tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Marketing Platform onboarding all new franchisees, transfers & audit existing ones.
- Franchisee Support & Mentorship :
- Promptly respond to and address design requests from franchisees.
- Assign and assist with custom requests to junior team members.
- Review custom requests to ensure designers have accurately met franchisee needs and adhered to brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
