We are looking for a Survey Technician to join our Overland Park, KS team.
The Survey Technician will work with our survey team to support Survey projects through a variety of field and office work. This is a dynamic position with built-in opportunity for growth and development.
What you will do:
- Gather data for daily projects
- Perform various survey tasks in the field including: boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, construction staking, bathymetric surveys and aerial surveys
- Performs various office tasks including: survey calculations, research and preparation of CAD files, review deeds and title work information
- Fly UAV Drones
You will be a good fit if:
- 2 years experience as a Survey Technician
- Experience and/or familiarity with CAD software is a plus
- You are reliable and willing to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
- You are available to work overtime as needed
- You can transition from one task to the next
- You can pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
- You have a valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills
- Willing to have fun
- Willing to learn even if you don't have all the skills desired for this position
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
