We are looking for a Project Surveyor to join our Kansas City, Missouri team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Sign and seal survey drawings in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and professional guidelines.
- Coordinate utility locates to ensure accurate mapping of existing infrastructure.
- Review and verify survey drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as easements, right-of-way documents, and land descriptions.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand project objectives, provide expert advice, and offer innovative solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, meeting project deadlines, and delivering work of the highest quality.
- Champion OWN's five guiding principles, fostering a culture of ownership, responsiveness, mutual success, and fun.
