Description
The Assistant Referral Coordinator is responsible for daily, administrative tasks related to the review and processing of incoming and outgoing referrals for patients.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
- Review and processing of incoming patient referrals and medical records.
- Processing outgoing patient referrals and paperwork.
- Handling of medical records requests and referral updates.
- General data entry and uploading of documents - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
- Assisting in the preparation of patient equipment.
- General administrative duties when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
