We are a women-owned pelvic floor therapy clinic committed to empowering women through compassionate, evidence-based care. Our client care coordinators work in a team and are the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them through their wellness journey with warmth and professionalism. This job position also play a critical role in keeping clinic operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, and email
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar changes
- Support onboarding of new clients and follow-up processes
- Verify client information and maintain accurate records
- Manage payments and invoices
- Assist in clinic organization and supply management
- Collaborate with therapists and other team members for seamless client care
- Keep the clinic space clean, tidy, and welcoming for clients and staff
- Assist with marketing tasks, including social media, email newsletters, and flyers
- Support planning and coordination of community or in-house events as needed
You Are:
- Compassionate and friendly, with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a healthcare or wellness setting
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems easily
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or front desk roles (healthcare or wellness setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling and record-keeping software
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Availability during flexible hours between 7:30 AM–6:15 PM Monday–Friday (exact schedule to be determined)
- Passion for women's health and supporting a mission-driven practice is a plus!
