- Own LinkedIn & X strategy – Write posts and threads that get seen, shared, and drive real conversations.
- Write for and operate an already successful newsletter with 40k subs – Craft emails that hook home service operators and drive action.
- Optimize for growth – A/B test, refine content, and double down on what works.
- Track and analyze performance – Let the data guide you—then scale what’s winning.
- Shape the brand’s voice – Work with our team to craft narratives that keep us top of mind.
- Build and segment the audience – Make sure the right people see the right content at the right time.
- Proven experience growing an audience on X and LinkedIn. You know what works (and what doesn’t).
- A sharp, engaging writing style—you make people stop, read, and react.
- Newsletter experience—you’ve managed and written for an email newsletter
- A data-driven approach—always testing, tweaking, and optimizing for results.
- Self-starter energy—you take ownership, move fast, and get things done.
- You’ll own the brand’s voice across LinkedIn, X, and email.
