Day-to-Day Responsibilities for a Business Development Specialist at Owner Insite :

  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities

Proactively research and target prospective clients, industries, and partnerships that align with our growth strategy, leveraging your network and creativity to uncover opportunities others might miss.

  • Drive Sales Outreach
  • Engage in daily outreach activities, including cold calls, personalized emails, and social media connections, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and set up high-value meetings.

  • Present and Demonstrate Value
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the unique benefits of Owner Insite’s platform and how it addresses client pain points in construction project management.

  • Build and Nurture Relationships
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor to guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Collaborate for Strategic Growth
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine messaging, contribute to growth strategies, and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

    Primary Job Requirements :

  • Proficient Communication Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, engage prospects, and build strong client relationships.

  • Sales or Business Development Experience
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Technology Proficiency
  • Strong comfort with technology, including the ability to quickly learn and confidently demonstrate new software or tools to potential clients.

  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented
  • A driven, self-starter mindset with a hunger to achieve results and a proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.

  • A natural ability to think critically, identify challenges, and propose solutions that address client needs and drive success.
