Currently we are looking to grow our Sales team with top talent. We are searching for articulate, confident, and motivated individuals who are eager to work to earn commission and excel in auto warranty sales. At Ox, whether it is your first sales job or not, we provide all the tools necessary for your success with training classes held weekly.
Responsibilities:
Pay: Hourly plus commission, which comes out to: $16.00 - $36.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
Tuesday-Saturday (this shift can be worked 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm)
Sunday-Thursday (this shift can be worked 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm)
Monday-Friday (this shift can be worked 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm or 12pm-9pm)

- Present and explain warranty products to potential clients
- Close sales and achieve performance goals
- Attend weekly uptraining classes to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the sales industry
