Job Description

We are looking to grow our Sales team with talented individuals who thrive under guidance. We seek articulate and motivated individuals eager to work and excel in sales, regardless of experience. At OX, we provide tools necessary for success, including weekly training classes.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Present and explain vehicle service contracts to potential clients
- CLOSE SALES AND ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE GOALS
- Attend weekly training classes to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to work Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the sales industry

Requirements:
- Communication skills: 5 years (Required)
- English: 5 years (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Details:
- Pay: Hourly Commission ranging from $17.00-$36.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday from 9am-6pm with 1 hour lunch)
- Work Environment: In-Person ONLY
