Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to attract and engage exceptional candidates—especially in the home remodeling and in-home sales space.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with operations managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and attract top candidates using various platforms and outreach methods
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial contact through offer acceptance
Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams in candidate evaluation
Oversee and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
Assist with general HR functions as needed to support our growing team
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR professional, preferably in a high-growth or sales-driven organization
Ability to recruit top-tier sales talent, especially in the home remodel or in-home sales industry
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Strong Multitasking Abilities And Time Management Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
